Эта политика описывает, какие данные обрабатывает приложение «Ростик» (далее — «Приложение») — трекер ухода и здоровья ребёнка — и как мы их защищаем. Пользуясь Приложением, вы соглашаетесь с условиями ниже.
Мы не собираем данные о геолокации, не показываем рекламу и не используем трекеры и SDK сторонней аналитики: статистика выше собирается нами самими и хранится там же, где остальные данные.
Обработка данных о здоровье ребёнка ведётся на основании вашего явного согласия, которое вы даёте как родитель или законный представитель при первом запуске. Согласие можно отозвать в любой момент, удалив данные в Приложении.
Аккаунт, синхронизация и подписка обрабатываются для исполнения договора с вами (ст. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Анонимная статистика и защита входа от ботов — на основании нашего законного интереса в работоспособности и безопасности сервиса (ст. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Данные хранятся локально на вашем устройстве и — при включённой синхронизации — в облаке на серверах Supabase в Европейском союзе (Стокгольм, Швеция). Передача защищена шифрованием (TLS), доступ к вашим записям ограничен вашим аккаунтом (Row Level Security).
Мы не продаём и не передаём ваши данные третьим лицам для маркетинга. Данные обрабатывают только поставщики инфраструктуры, действующие как обработчики по нашему поручению:
Записи видят только те близкие, кого вы сами пригласили по ссылке.
Cloudflare, Apple и Google — компании из США, и часть данных может обрабатываться за пределами ЕС. Такие передачи основаны на стандартных договорных условиях Европейской комиссии.
Данные хранятся, пока вы пользуетесь Приложением. Вы можете в любой момент удалить отдельные записи, профиль ребёнка или весь аккаунт — вместе с ним удаляются связанные данные из облака. Локальные данные удаляются при удалении Приложения.
Согласно GDPR вы вправе: получить доступ к своим данным, исправить или удалить их, ограничить обработку, отозвать согласие и подать жалобу в надзорный орган — для нас это испанское Агентство по защите данных (AEPD, www.aepd.es); можно обратиться и в надзорный орган своей страны. Для реализации прав напишите на info@xmax.es.
Приложением пользуются взрослые (родители/представители) для ведения записей о своём ребёнке. Приложение не предназначено для самостоятельного использования детьми.
«Ростик» — информационный помощник, не является медицинским изделием и не заменяет консультацию врача. При тревожных симптомах обращайтесь к врачу или в экстренные службы (103 / 112).
Мы можем обновлять эту политику. Актуальная версия всегда доступна по этому адресу; существенные изменения мы отметим в Приложении.

This policy explains what data the Rostik app (the “App”) — a baby care and health diary — processes, and how we protect it. By using the App you agree to the terms below.

We do not collect location data, we do not show adverts, and we do not use third-party analytics trackers or SDKs: the statistics above are collected by us and stored in the same place as the rest of the data.
Health data about your child is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give as the parent or legal guardian on first launch. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the data in the App.
Your account, sync and subscription are processed to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Anonymous statistics and bot protection at sign-in rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data is stored locally on your device and, when sync is switched on, in the cloud on Supabase servers in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden). Transfers are protected with TLS encryption, and access to your entries is limited to your account (Row Level Security).
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. It is processed only by infrastructure providers acting as processors on our instructions:
Your entries are visible only to the people you have invited yourself by link.
Cloudflare, Apple and Google are US companies, and some data may be processed outside the EU. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Data is kept for as long as you use the App. You can delete individual entries, a child profile or the whole account at any time — deleting the account also removes the related data from the cloud. Local data is removed when you delete the App.
Under the UK GDPR and the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct or erase it, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es), which oversees us, or the authority in your own country; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). The App is used by adults (parents or guardians) to keep records about their own child. It is not intended to be used by children on their own.
Rostik is an informational helper. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor. If you are worried about your baby, speak to your GP or health visitor, and call the emergency services on 999 (or 112) if it is urgent.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address; we will flag significant changes in the App.
